Experience
Mr. Adirek Limsiriwong was a former associate director at KPMG Phoomchai Tax & Legal Ltd. He had been with the company since June 1, 2003 where he had handled many differing types of legal tasks concerning both corporate and consulting matters such as incorporation and dissolution of companies, dissolution of mutual funds, contract drafting and review, legal and tax due diligence, labour, BOI, merger & acquisition, and other commercial law matters.
He had provided extensive consultation and planning on various direct and indirect tax matters for both local and cross-border transactions.
Before joining KPMG Phoomchai Tax & Legal Ltd., Mr. Adirek had worked with Andersen Legal (formerly known SGVN Legal and Tax Ltd.) where he handled various legal and tax consulting. His last position at Andersen was a manager. Then the firm merged with KPMG.
