Experience
As the Managing Director of S.A.T. Associates Legal & Tax Co., Ltd., Saprang Thongchunit’s special area of practice is litigation & dispute resolution. He practices in various areas of civil and commercial litigation, criminal law, tax, labour relations litigation, bankruptcy and arbitration. He has also handled corporation and consulting matters, such as incorporation, structuring, dissolution of companies, contract drafting and review, intellectual property, legal due diligence, property and other legal matters.
Previously, Saprang practiced his legal experiences as a lawyer in litigation team of Phachatippratai Law Office, Bangkok, Thailand and worked as a lawyer in litigation team of Viriyah Insurance Co., Ltd. In 1993, he joined Premier Finance Co., Ltd. as the Lead of Lawyer in litigation team
In 1998, he joined Andersen Legal & Tax Ltd. as Litigation Manager where he handled litigation and various kinds of legal and tax consulting. After the merger with KPMG, he then worked as Litigation Senior Manager of KPMG Phoomchai Tax & Legal Ltd.
