Experience
Thienwit Chaichulee is one of the founders of S.A.T. Associates Legal & Tax Co., Ltd. With respect to his former experiences, Thienwit practiced his legal experiences in litigation team of KPMG Phoomchai Tax & Legal Ltd, Bangkok, Thailand, where he was a former assistant manager since 1997.
His professional practices includes works concerning the litigation service to serve the clients who need to proceed on any cases to courts under the protection of Thai Law in every legal areas such as Civil and Commercial, Criminal, Family Law, Taxation, Intellectual Property and International Trade, Bankruptcy and Business Reorganizing, and Labour Cases.
He has also provided legal services concerning corporation, dissolution, legal due diligence, contract drafting and review, real estate, labour, tax, application for work permit and visa extension, immigration, and other commercial law matters.
