Experience
Mr. Vorapod Tarasupakorn’s expensive experiences includes corporate and consulting matters, such as negotiation on terms of contracts, contract drafting and review, consultation on implementing the contract terms, research, corporation, and other commercial law matters.
In 1996, Vorapod formerly joined Wire & Wireless Co., Ltd. (A subsidiary of TelecomAsia Corporation), Bangkok, as a Commercial Contract Officer with professional experience in negotiation on terms of contracts, contract drafting, consultation on implementing the contract terms both internal and external. During 1998-1999, he worked as Research Assistant of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chumphorn Pachusanond and Assist. Prof. Dr. Sakda Thanitcul, Law and Development Research Center, Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University for a project of Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare on “Reserved Professions for National” and for a project of ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Organization on “Development and Improvement ASEAN Domestic Law to promote Economic Coordination and support ASEAN Trade and Economic Liberalization: Service Sector and Investment Sector”. During 2001 –2007, he joined Norma Legal Consultant Co., Ltd. as a lawyer to practice in the areas of corporate and commercial law
